Scholarship Providers
While the majority of financial aid available to families attending private schools comes directly from the schools, there are many organizations that provide tuition assistance as well. See a list below of some of these organizations. Other ideas for investigating scholarships: - Ask the school you are interested in for advice. If financial aid is not a possibility, the school may be aware of local scholarship providers.
- Investigate whether national organizations (like the Rotary Club, for example) may have local chapters near you.
- Ask employers, churches and other civic organizations in your community about local scholarship providers.
- Do research at your library or Chamber of Commerce about local scholarship providers.
- Visit the website of an organization called FinAid, which keeps a list of Scholarship for Private K-12 Schools. Click here to go to its website.
Thank you! Thank you to the schools that assisted this effort to identify these organizations and to the organizations themselves, who help keep educational opportunity within reach of those who cannot afford tuition costs without help. Scholarship Providers Note: This listing is for informational purposes only and has been verified to the best of SSS's ability. SSS cannot be held responsible if certain programs cease operations, alter their program details, or change contact information. Because these organizations are largely funded through voluntary, private donations, detail for scholarship programs may change at any time. Contact the agencies for specific program terms, descriptions, deadlines, and eligibility requirements. Abell Foundation, Inc.
